Goetze Dental is an independent dental supplier, whose core business is face-to-face sales of supplies, equipment, repair services, financial services and education servicing clients in the Midwest. Goetze needed to launch a new online business ‘Internet Dental’, to speak to a new segment of
customers on the national level. The goal of the online business is to use a dynamic pricing model, depending on the volume of the order, to gain a customer’s core product repeat/reorder business. They also needed the E-Commerce site to integrate with their existing product database and back-office ordering system.
